day 26 - day 38 of the challenge

Day 38 - A picture of your favorite drink

jose cuervo especial(tequila) !!!

i don't now why but i love this drink sooo much. ever since i got a taste of this, i have been hooked, addicted and totally obsessed. me and my friends drink this every time we have a special celebration. and i haven't tasted this for a while now..

i wonder, when will be the next time???

Day 37 - A picture taken at school

this picture was taken in 2003. i was senior in high school and we were just practicing for our graduation. with me here is my dear friend "mommy" etchel matematico. she is my adoptive mom back then because she always had delicious packed lunch and i would mosey around her until she finally gives me some. and then she decided to just go ahead and bring some extra just for me.. amishoo mommmy etchel !!!

Day 36 - A picture of your pet

this is my pet sparksky. i know i've posted this picture here before but every time i see this, i smile and think of sparksky. she's still alive and kicking. she's also spawned innumerable babies (i don't know if i lost count or i just stopped caring after a while) and she is now 6 human years old. she looks different now, of course, but this is just the cutest photo of a cat that i have ever seen.

Day 35 - A picture of your hometown

for security purposes, i will not name my hometown. but this is our church. one of the most beautiful churches in the entire philippine archipelago. it has been featured in broadsheets and i recently saw a picture of it in a marian exhibit in tiendesitas. we have been so blessed to have such a beautiful church.

Day 34 - A picture of your favorite restaurant

northpark. not my absolute fave but one of them. i love the food, the service and the ambiance of the place. i also love the sweet tea.

good food, affordable prices, comfy place. what more can a food enthusiast ask for?

Day 33 - A picture of somewhere you went today

tuesday, may 31, 2011. i went to the rockwell business center in ortigas (near medical city) for a client interview with a call center there. i got hired that same day (*,*) and i start work on monday. good timing and i had a lot of good luck that day so i was pretty happy.

Day 32 - A picture of you dressed up as a celebrity

i'm not dressed up. but i am a celebrity in my own right. hahaha

'nuff said.

Day 31 - A picture of food you made

do you know that filipino dish that is known the world over? yup, you're right. it's chicken adobo (personally, i prefer pork. i'm carnivorous). well, this is adobo rice with scrambled egg.

how to make adobo rice? first, you cook adobo. then you remove it from the pan and without washing the pan, you use it to fry rice. so all the flavors of the adobo will be transferred to the rice. yum !!!

Day 30 - A picture of your favorite quote

"you will know you made the right decision when you picked the harder choice but your heart is at peace"

do i still have to explain?

well, there are decisions that are really hard to make (quitting jobs, stop schooling, name of your cats, etc.) but you will know that you're right when you don't have that heavy feeling afterwards.

Day 29 - A picture that can always make you smile

this photo was taken december of 2007. this was the convergys ortigas "autumn in new york" christmas party. i always smile when i think of my cvg friends and how childish and fun my whole 2 years with them was.

this is a perfect example of how much fun we had. tricia and i were just acting foolish in the lobby of the hotel (crowne plaza, ortigas) when we saw this big stone ball and decided to take a picture with it. that night was so much fun.. *big smile*

Day 28 - A picture of your favorite place in the world

my fave place in the entire world is our sofa. this is where i sit / slouch / lie down / sleep. this is my place in our house. this is where you can find me watching tv, reading a book, texting or just pondering the ways of the world. i love this spot. it's my spot.

Day 27 - A picture of your favorite night

this is not my number 1 night but one of the best nights of my life so far.

this was taken in matabungkay beach in batangas. this was our very first beach outing (me and my best friends from home). we had tons of fun. we played street poker, had a few drinks, played truth or dare and had long (very long) conversations by the beach. the night was made more memorable because i spent it with some of the best people i know. =)

Day 26 - A picture of something that means a lot to you

the myriad of letters i received and "teddy".

the letters mean a lot to me for very obvious reasons. i love getting mail. the written kind. and most of these letters date back to my high school days. whenever i feel down and i need a little pick-me-up, i just open my can of letters and then i start reading them. by the end of 1 letter, i'll definitely be smiling.

"teddy" means a lot to me because it is the very first "romantic" gift i have ever received. it was such a surprise when i got him because i just saw him in the store, told my partner "that's teddy from mr.bean, he's cute" and then i went to the bathroom, when i came back, teddy was there. teddy's been with me ever since. he chose to stay with me when the divorce was finalized. good teddy.

day 24 of the challenge

Day 24 - A picture of someone you miss

my former colleagues at work.

i worked alongside them for 2 years and there was never a dull day. i love this bunch of misfits and if ever given a chance, i'd chose to work with them again.

i miss you guys. i haven't seen almost all of you for like 3 years. we really need a reunion.

and you guys are still the best team i've ever worked with. go perpektos !!!

day 21 of the challenge

Day 21 - A picture of something you wish you could forget

him.

not totally forget but just some parts of it. one motto of mine is if you enjoyed it, never regret it. i enjoyed. so no regrets. just wish i can deliberately forget the latter part of the story.

this is jeff. a part of my (e)X files.

i was his number 2. he was my number 2. we decided to just spend 1 night just as if we were available and the next thing i know, 1 night turned into months...

i loved him. i really did. then he screwed everything up so bad that the only way for us to part ways is to be angry with each other. then we made up but i decided not to pursue the relationship. he wanted to, boy did he want to.

to this day, he remains to be the standard with which my potential partners are measured.

he's also the reason why i became versatile, more top. (if you don't know what this means, don't find out)

day 17 of the challenge

Day 17 - A picture of something that has made a huge impact on your life recently

my NTE (notice to explain) from work.

the reason why i lost my job.

the supervisors there from my old job were power trippers and it just so happened that i was the victim.

i don't know why this happened to me. i just know that it did and now i have to run faster.

for my own sake.

day 12 of the challenge

Day 12 - A picture of something you love

i wanted to put picture of me and m1 here.

something you love, right? and i think that's sweet... hehehe

unfortunately, i don't have a picture of me and m1 together.

btw, i lost my job. so i'm running again. for my career.. ='(

farewell

farewell to my old banner!!!

i'll miss this!

anyway, it's my rest day today and i'm bored. plus we have a laptop here in the house.

so i decided to blog while my cat sparksky is peacefully sleeping on my lap.

so i'm working. 4 months now.

and lately i've been thinking about resigning from my job. but something held me back...

i don't know if it's the credits that i owe (that i still need to pay), the impending shift bid (i just might get the schedule that i want) or.... m1.... =p

methinks it's a little bit of the three.
my debts will be fully paid by the end of april.
the shift bid is supposed to be on the 2nd week of april (hey! it's the 3rd week next week)
and i'm starting to feel something different for m1.

he looks cute here... =p

so there you go.

you have just been fully updated on the goings on in my life since i last updated this.

wait, i was on MLOA (medical leave of absence) for 2 weeks (7 days actually) because of hypertension. low fat, low salt diet for me.

no salt + no fat = no flavor. (T_T)

oh, and my friend bettina came home from japan... just kiddin'. she came back from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where she works as a nurse

here's bettina now..

well, here she is in boracay, philippines. the country's premiere beach.. and she didn't take me with her... i hate her for that!!! =p

bettina and I have known each other since the first grade and we've been friends ever since the world began. it'd be weird if we weren't friends because we grew up in the same neighborhood, went to the same school up til senior high (we were classmates from the beginning) and we have the same friends.. she's actually not my friend. she's more of a sister.. (>,<)

anyway, we've been hanging out since she came home, catching up on stuff and she even tried to fix me up with someone.. m2.

oh yeah, i haven't told you guys about him... well, he's cute, about 5'5" tall, fair complexion, studied theater arts in our country's university, works with starbucks (he's using the starbucks experience to go abroad), he used to work with the BPO industry and he lives about 30 minutes away from me.

what else can i say? i was totally smitten in the 3 days that we were together. albeit, the first day, we didn't talk much and the 2nd day consists mostly of phone calls, then the 3rd day we went drinking. i was so impressed with his bimby impression that i still smile by my lonesome whenever i think about it.

"you look at them when you say 'hello there'"
"hewow there"

and the thing is, there's magic. let me explain.

the first time we saw each other, we were supposed to have coffee somewhere here in our part of the world. it's just the normal coffee house not the starbucks/seattle's best/gloria jeans variety. so i was just wearing shorts and a decent shirt. i don't want everyone to think that i can go to starbucks everytime i want to. that's not the case... most of the time.. hehehe anyway, there were 4 of us, bettina, me, m2 and jen (his "bettina"). jen is also bettina's classmate in college so they were going to introduce us to each other.

when we got to the place, i realized we didn't have cigarettes. and it is imperative for bettina and me to smoke while drinking our coffee. so i went to buy cigarettes in the nearby sari-sari store when i saw a guy wearing a black shirt and khaki shorts. he was cute and gave him my pa-cute smile... and he smiled back. turns out he was also buying cigarettes (marlboro menthol) and we couldn't help but "bump" into each other.

after my chore, i was so eager to go to bettina to tell her about my small encounter when the mother of surprises came up to me and gave me a slap on the face. because there on the table, sitting with bettina and jen, is my guy from the store. i just couldn't help but smile. i was so embarrassed that i didn't talk to him much. neither did he. we were introduced, exchanged numbers and we spoke when necessary then bettina and i had to go home.

when i got home, i received an sms from him saying he had a great time and we should do it again (2nd date! yey me!) so i said sure and he can just text me for the details. then he called.. kinikilig ako sa pagkwento.. pakshet!

we were on the phone til 5 in the morning. just talking nonsense. hehehe

then we decided it just doesn't fit. and no matter how you like the clothes, if they don't fit, they don't fit. here's m2:

what can i say? my friends have good taste. things just didn't work out. he has a lot of issues and i don't want to be in the way. i think his mom just got diagnosed with cancer, he has financial problems because of that and he still needs to take care of his siblings. methinks he needs to get his ducks in a row first. then maybe, just maybe, if it's not too late, i'd still say yes.. =p sayang talaga.

so that's about it for now. as for my batangas pics, i'm still sorting them out so please bear with me. they will be uploaded soon. i promise.

byers!

slower running.. twice the effort

it has been quite a while since i last updated this. so bear with me if this is going to be long. enjoi reading anyway.. =)

ok here goes.

last time i updated this, i was unemployed and bumming off. i was drinking constantly with my cousins and friends and spending the nights on the net surfing, chatting and watching naruto.

well, as of december 6, 2010, i have been employed with a company whose site is near tiendesitas, where my cousin, shiela, works.

i went through a 1 month training for a CSR/TSR post. and as always, i had blast during training. you know me, the perpetual trainee.

now, i'm taking calls and i'm loving every minute of it. i can't believe i missed working this much. well, that's actually understandable after being unemployed for 11 months.

now it's february and i'm still here. more shockingly, i'm rendering OT (overtime). and not just OT, but RD OT, too (rest day overtime). the only thing i'm not so fond of is the pay. but that's manageable.

in this company, i instantly bonded with kaye. we were together during the application process and then again during our contract signing (pang- artista.. hehehe). i'm a smoker, kaye's a smoker. i'm gay, she's gay (well, biologically she's a girl but you know what i mean). i don't know how we got close but i do know that we are.

then there's apple. the funny, bubbly, never-lacks-personality girl in the group. she was with kaye and me during the contract signing (again, pang-artista). she's my jollibee/mcdo/chowking/uncle john's buddy. never a dull moment with this girl.

and of course, i can't forget my starbucks ally (as well as my other jollibee/mcdo/chowking/uncle john's buddy) yna. this girl is a workaholic. RD OT all the time plus regular OT. fun to be with, smoker and a nice person.

of course there are other people in our class (batch, wave, whatever you want to call it).

there's mommy emma, fel, spike, mark and the others who resigned (or got scared): aslan, jasper, ryan, arriane, bryan, francis, micah and kelly (who i never really got the chance to know, along with many others >,<)... wait.. there's this other guy who always had a question for the payroll department... but then i forgot his name. walang bearing. hehehe

workwise, i'm doing good. the work load is manageable... i mean after my telemarketing stints, this is actually chicken feed. but i'm getting cocky. my work now has it's ups and downs but i manage. do you really want to read about my work?

didn't think so.

so anyway, since i've been out of the house and constantly travelling (it seems like all i do now is travel.. it's very exhausting), i've been visible again in our area. and i just can't help it if i accidentally bump into the x-files.

j4. j3 sent me a message on FB. i'm not interested. boring. and i just can't argue with him anymore. what? now he wants me again? because now i have a job? or because now i can afford a haircut? hahaha well, from updates from friends who are still his friends, he's leaving the country by the middle of the year. going to germany, i think. good for him. now he'll know what "german cut" means... hahaha

j5. j5 and i decided to just enjoy the moment while it lasts. without sex =(...... he's been very persistent from the beginning and i like him.. a lot. it's just that we both know that he's also leaving the country to (and i quote) "see if the grass is really greener on the other side"... well j5, it maybe greener but it's just as hard to cut. and we're not fools in love who believe in the magic of long distance relationships. nope. we're 2 wise guys who believe in the reality that it takes effort to make a relationship work... a lot of effort.

i still see him though. (*,*)

you see? my lovelife (or the lack thereof) is a lot more interesting than my work.

let's continue.

when i started working here, i wasn't even looking for a relationship. hook ups, maybe. a quick hi-yes-top-or-bottom-ok-see-you-later convy, probably. but not a relationship. at papanindigan ko yan hanggang sa susunod na buhay. hehehe

i'm still not looking. i swear.... honestly... ok maybe i am.. (>,<)

let's see. there's this guy... let's call him b1.. shiela introduced him to me. he's tall, fair, a bit on the chubby side (chubby in ways that i like), he smokes, he frequently asks questions about me (according to shiela), he asks me for a date, i refused. why? simple. because he does not make sense. he is nonsense. hahaha seriously, i think he's shallow. i mean, i can carry on a conversation about blackheads and whiteheads but how that conversation went is just bordering on torture. i actually thought i was going to die and shiela was looking at me and giving me her "i told you so" look.

so kaput went the relationship before it even began. and besides, i'm way past the "lollipop" stage of my life... you know, when you're looking at a guy and all you can see is a big red lollipop... never happened to you? just me then?

there's this other guy... let's call him t1. now, i like this guy so far. but then again, we haven't had the chance to sit down and have a "proper" conversation. he said i met him in PR (planet romeo for you heteros). we're friends in FB and he formally introduced himself to me in my comfort zone: the men's restroom. and i appreciate that. he's cute (in a short kind of way haha ang tangkad ko talaga), on the chubby side (just like b1) and i still like him. despite sonia's constant reminder that he's not that cute. let's park this one for the mean time. ii'll look into it, i'll give you an update and i'll get back to you on that (tama ba? kimmydora ito)

then there's those other guys. but then the only thing i can say is i'm not interested. one of them even prompted me to post this message on my FB:

"REJECTION is best accepted withconfidence, grace and a great deal of composure"

kiyembot! hahaha

and there's this guy that i like... i really don't know why i like him. he's almost the complete opposite of what i normally look for (i guess i'm growing up). he's shorter than me (or so i believe), a little on the darker side (complexion), thin (i know i used to like thin guys but lately i've had this thing about chubby guys, maybe because i'm getting my own beer belly, wait, forget i said that), and he joins man pageants.. hehehe lets call him m1. and if you read this again, you'll know who he is. (>,<)

he's in a relationship now. how sad. i don't know how it happened, neither am i interested. but it's nice to know that love's still out there. (*,*)

and speaking of love, i just watched an episode of S&TC, and they say that you're only supposed to get 2 great love in your entire lifetime... methinks my 2 great love is books and DVDs.

sorry, i'm blabbering.

anyway, i can't think of anything else to say.

next time i'll post the pics from my birthday last year. i spent it on matabungkay beach resort in batangas.

'til next time.

ta-ta!

thinking of you...

lately, i've been thinking about my classmates in college... what happened to them? where do they work? are they ok?

the last one i saw was syka. we had lunch at megamall. i heard she's a team captain now in a call center. (team captain is like a supervisor) ok, i give up, she's working with telus.

shiela and ely are also working in the call center industry. for an insurance company. good luck to them. i worked with insurance i had a hard time. i forgot the name. ely and i were just chatting in facebook a while ago.

dyn is taking up law in a university in the far east (not really the direction but change it up and you'll get the name of the school). i guess i know who to run to if (God forbid) i have legal troubles.

ysah had a baby. i don't know who the dad is, but i'm guessing she does. good for her.

lat time i checked, both ysah, ryan (ponio) and kate are working with convergys. kate also had a baby since the last time i saw her.

alvie and i exchanged messages last sunday... i think. anyway i think he's still with the same company as syka... and cielo.

i don't know who got "out" of their closets (or went back in for that matter). ronald and i were recently (a few minutes ago) connected through facebook.

i don't know where rudolf is but i'm hoping his nose isn't red with too much drinking.

i know cha-cha got married and had a baby.

last i heard, toni and jonah were both working with banks.

wipao, jen, and justin were all working with IBM. persistent rumors about a closet being opened........ no comments. if you want to know, find out for yourself whose closet had been opened for public viewing. and one of these three turned me down when i asked them out. *sad face with self pity, shouting "am i not good enough? ano pa bang kulang sakeeeeennn???"* nah... it doesn't really work with me.

zeus and jazz were a couple when i left. they're no longer a couple now, right? i heard jazz went ahead and bought herself a house. and zeus is working with a call center. i'm not sure if jazz is.

who else?

the boys.

i don't know where jeff, eric, lyko, clark, leonard, joemark, bryan, yj, jp, xeriel and the others (does it show i can't remember their names? sowee guys) are.

i remember having the slightest crush on "baby boy" jeff. he was so damn cute and kind. only problem is, he's short and i like my guys at least an inch taller than me.

nobody knew this and since i'm planning on sending the link to this site to my college friends, i'm thinking they will know now. keep your mouth shut. anyway it was a very long time ago... but if given the chance now... why not eh? hahaha

and speaking of crushes, i don's know if you can qualify it as a crush because it's more of curiosity of what lies behind those pants... i had a thing for zeus.

it's a tell-all so i'm telling all i can... hahaha

the girls.

don't know where macel, michelle, lesza, aicy, jenny, em em, alex, jeck, glaiza, angge, iris and all the others (i can't think of them right now) are. hope they're alright.

the gays.

hapon? nothing. i have nothing. i do remember getting a letter from him back then saying (in effect) that he had a crush on me. sorry hapon, during those times, i still wanted to maintain a bisexual orientation since i still like girls. if you came about a year after that, i wouldn't have second guessed and maybe we could have had something. well, nothing gained, nothing lost right?

is that everybody?

ohhh... i forgot about arvin... but then again, i don't have squat on him...

these are the people who made my 2 years in PUP (yes, i studied there) a whole lot of fun. i admit, the course wasn't really what i wanted to take but if it weren't for them i wouldn't have lasted that long.

hope to see you guys soon. i keep hearing you guys get together every year for a simple reunion. i'll join you guys one day... i promise.

got questions? hit me back, just to chat.

miss you guys.

attack of the answering machines

27th november 2009

i went to work yesterday but failed to be productive. i'm working as a sales agent (telemarketer) right now for my 5th campaign in the same company since july of this year.

however, yesterday, i did not make any sales. and i have absolutely no idea why. i was making calls, doing everything i was doing the previous days, making sure that i gave my everyhting and doing the best i can to make sales. nakakahiya naman kasi sa mga kateam ko di ba?

'to.

ang dami kasing answering machines... wala akong magawa... bentahan ko ba yung answering machine? can have a conversation with a machine? of course not!

mabuti na lang at mabait yung team coach ko at naiintindihan nya yung situation kaya mejo mababa yung bentahan. hindi lang naman ako yung nahihirapan bumenta eh. lahat kami. but of course, that's not a reason not to perform at work. there is novalid reason not to perform at work except if you're really not a performer or if you're not really good at what you do (and in this case, you should leave that job and find something you're good at).

yun lang naman... gusto ko lang talaga mag-vent... hehehe

it's the attack of the answering machines. and we're all going to feel their wrath.

be afraid. be very afraid.

spending and office buddies

saturday, 10 October 2009.
my shift at work started at 1am and ended 10am.

since it was payday, my friends from work and i have decided to go on a little spending spree.

Contestants:
PARIS
about 5'6", fair skinned, with retainers, voluptuos body, and a knack for good food. a girl who never seems to have any load (mobile credit).

CANADA
va-voom bod, pleasing disposition, pretty face. about 5'4" in height but always wear heels.

and moi, all time tag - along, in tagalog, "kaladkarin" =p

MIA:
SHIELD
a questionable guy (hahaha), married with 2 kids, about 5'6", fair skinned, with gel on his hair.

TWEINTY
father of a 5 year old, about 5'5", dark skinned, skin head and a good sense of humor.

FIRST STOP: NORTHPARK (medical city, meralco avenue)
we arrived shortly after 10am and was greeted by the warm sun and ever present pollution. we quickly made our way to the restaurant, sat, and asked for soup and tea while we debated on what to order.

suddenly, Canada realized that her mobile is missing. we emptied her bag in search for it but it was no use. her mobile simply wasn't there.

it's a good thing we can still think clearly. Canada asked one of the members of the crew if she can use their phone to call our office. they allowed her to.

Canada was able to talk to one of the guards who was gracious enough to check our training room to see if she left the phone there. now Canada was thinking that she might have left it in her other bag in her locker.

having settled the issue for the time being, we turned our attention to the task at hand: food.

after a brief debate and few cups of tea, we settled for the following:
yang chow rice
lechon macau (yum!)
more soup
and more tea
we had a few words about brocolli but in the end, we ordered the broccoli with 3 kinds of mushroom in oyster sauce.

VERDICT
i give the crew 4/5
although they were really attentive, what's missing is (for me) is the "welcoming warmth" that you normally get. no "good morning sir/ma'am my name is blah and i will be blah blah. is there anything else you need?" (i think it's the company policy, but still, it's nice to be welcomed).

the food is excellent, 10/5
no further comments, other than "you just have to try it".

the place is 5/5.
it was very cozy, relaxed atmosphere, and not too crowded... i liked the asian-inspired interior.

i can't remember if there was any music playing while we were eating. it maybe because we were having such a great time or the people in the other table was just plain noisy.

OVERALL, i give this Northpark 9/10. Outstanding. =p

SECOND STOP: THE OFFICE (emerald ave., ortigas center, pasig)

just to check on Canada's mobile. it was in her other bag. very good.

THIRD STOP: ROBINSON'S GALLERIA

it's just a short walk from the office. Paris and Canada went there in search for the perfect massage. i tagged along just for fun.

when we got there, the search for the perfect massage was put on hold as we pass sale after sale after sale... we were easily distracted by the huge "50% discount" signs... we scoured the whole mall.

i left the two at excelsior spa (i was later informed that they had a really good, relaxing time). it was about 2 or 3 pm when we went our separate ways.

i went to Gloria Jeans (my favorite) at the front (near gold's gym) and had a regular "voltage" (espresso shot separated) and went celebrity hunting while smoking (i was wearing my dark aviator shades to avoid suspicion while staring at cuties hahaha).

on my way home, i unconsciously (promise!) spent Php 2,000 on 2 shorts from penshoppe (i love vic basa!), 2 books and 2 kilos of cat food (i have 7 cats and i love them all sooooo much!).

i was so tired, yet i was utterly satisfied. it was the first time i enjoyed my salary (since i switched jobs). and i think i deserved it.

i hope everyone had a great day... i know i did... =p

CALL CENTER 101 (CRASH COURSE)

INBOUND -is when you are the ones answering the calls. in short, the customers are calling you. "taking calls"
OUTBOUND -is when you are the ones dialling. you call the customer. "making calls"

if you're not familiar with the call center industry, the term "campaign/account" refers to the product or service that we are selling, promoting or working with. in layman's terms, it is the department of the company where we are working in.

there are different kinds of account or campaign but they are categories are (the ones that i know):
CUSTOMER SERVICE -pretty self explanatory right? wherever ther is a customer, there's customer service
SALES / TELEMARKETING (INBOUND/OUTBOUND) -you sell something over the phone.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT (INBOUND/OUTBOUND) -things that are technica like computers, radios etc, if you have a problem with it, call technical support.
COLLECTIONS (INBOUND/OUTBOUND) -you cellect payment... it may be credit card, loans or other forms of debts.
NON-VOICE -includes e-mail and chat
SURVEY -there are accounts where you just ask survey questions
RELAY -if the customer is mute or deaf or has a disability and cannot express themselves, you do it for them.
DONATION -there are accounts when you literally ask for donations for a certain organisation
INFORMATION -these are literally phone operators. you call them to ask about a certain person's contact details
LEAD GENERATORS -you basically have to call people to ask if they still live at the address you have listed for them, if they're still working for the same company etc.
ORDER TAKING -you take orders and process them, very much like inbound sales
RESERVATIONS -can be for plane tickets, hotels and other such things.

of course, there are more and i haven't personally tried everything on that list but it's a long list.

the call center industry offers a wide range of jobs. it is possible that you will touch different fields and that's the beauty of the industry. like me, i have experience in customer service, outbound sales, inbound sales, financial accounts, collections and debt management.

and i still have enough room in my brain to learn more.
